Overall a fine purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the TV for basic viewing. No games or multiple subscriptions. The picture is great and the colors true. No problems with the controller. Only problem is with the volume. While I believe it has a feature that raises the volume automatically as the ambient noise in the room increases, it also seems to happen when the sound on the program being watched increases. This is quite distracting and requires manually reducing the volume temporarily, only to have to readjust it again a few minutes later. This doesn't happen every time, but I can't figure out a solution

over priced brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung usually makes great products at a premium price, this TV is no exception. I use it daily for watching cable tv and streaming services as well as for gaming on pc and I wasn't impressed with any of the options. Sure it's got a decent picture quality but the same could have been achieved with my TV for half the price from another leading brand. I swear the display tvs they have in retail stores are always better models than what you wind up taking home. Overall I'm not impressed and think I will be returning this TV and getting someone else, like another Samsung model better.

Crisp, Smooth, and Immersive—A Solid OLED Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung S85D OLED has excellent picture quality with deep blacks and rich colors, making movies and shows look amazing. Gaming performance is smooth with low lag and full HDMI 2.1 support. The screen does struggle a bit in bright rooms and doesn’t have Dolby Vision, but in the right setup it’s a fantastic TV.
