Excellent upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the upgrade from LED to OLED. The colors are vibrant, and that blue tint from LED screens is gone. Video games look crisp, with details that really pop thanks to the HDR, which greatly improves contrast. All my favorite apps are available, and I enjoy being able to use my phone as a remote.

Very Nice Addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned this 50" TV for 6 months and have been very satisfied with it. Great picture quality, very lightweight. We're currently using the legs that came with it but will be hanging it on the wall when we move to a new home in a few months. Don't anticipate any problems getting it put on the wall with a little help from our friends!

Picture great, audio not so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch a lot of TV. Maybe too much. For most programs - movies, drama shows, and sitcoms I have closed captioning turned on. No closed captioning for sports, panel discussions, or quiz shows.
The volume of the audio varies all by itself. Sometimes too loud, sometimes too soft, but varying between these extremes in an annoying fashion. This happens less on sports shows and quiz shows. It has happened that forty minutes into a drama, after consistent volume, suddenly the volume gets much louder for a minute or so before returning to normal.
If this is a feature, I have not figured out how to turn it off.

Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:
1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
