Vertical line divides screen into two halves.

We loved the in depth picture on this tv. It is the main reason we purchased it. Unfortunately four months into owning the tv we noticed a vertical line of one solid color dividing the screen into two halves. We are in the process of seeing how the warranty works and what steps we need to take to get it repaired. Hopefully this will be a good experience.

Very disappointed

Major pain in the neck to set up, practically no support not even a manual got out all the TVs out of a lot easier to deal with

To assist in learning the various functions, please know you can download the S85D TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. You can search for and select the S85D TV to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my TV. It is great to have such clarity and picture quality. This is my 1st OLED Tv and it was well worth the wait. It was very easy to set up. It works well with my phone and all my devices can be easily found on the TV. It truly is smart and when you turn on your gaming systems it will switch to that particular device. It is a great device and happy I made this purchase.

Loved Samsung for years

The quality of the products are simply beyond reproach. Maybe a little pricier than some lesser quality products, but well worth it. Samsung is always my first choice for quality and performance.
