Issues with apps

At times the apps take forever to actually use them. When I click the following apps, Netflix, Prime I get a black screen as if the TV is off. I try again about 6x and then it they open. Go through the motions and black screen again. I do turn off the tv several times to try and refresh it and after several and multiple attempts it works or I end up just watching regular TV. The issue is not all the time but most times and it gets annoying. I’ll be contacting warranty and see if this issue can be resolved.
*Picture is amazing, easy set up and use my old sound bar and works amazing. I will still buy this product but I probably got a wonky TV.

We appreciate your feedback, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Love the TV. Wish the remote control was larger. We purchased for my elderly Mom and she has difficulty with the remote because it is small and hard to read..

Great TV, picture color sharpness are all stunning. Can be a little bit confusing to use a lot of apps to figure out a lot of settings that don't tell you how to change. Most annoying. Was it automatically would switch to Tubi channel on the Roku device but I didn't have that downloaded so I had to back out of a lot of screens before I could actually use the TV every time I turned it on. Once I turned off the autoplay last channel setting it stopped doing that. Other issue has been every time I turn on the PlayStation it switches into game mode and tries to get me to play games on the TV itself instead of taking me to my PlayStation that I turned on. Nevertheless, quality wise Samsung still makes a top-tier product.

Amazing picture quality and sound even without the sound bar. Wish I had room for a larger one. It's rather complicated at first, but then this is my first Smart TV. Adding the soundbar with the optional wireless rear speakers really turns this into a theater experience.

Great color and sharpness. Sound from the TV is good too. We are happy with our bigger TV. And we love the voice activated Alexa!
