I bought this tv as an upgrade to my Samsung QLED tv and am more than satisfied with it. Colors are bright, the images are crisp (got to get used to more facial pores in close-ups), but, better still, blacks are black, not muddy or grayish. The picture adjusts to different light levels, which is important since i hace six large window in my living room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this to replace an older Samsung and I really like it. The picture is phenomenal and the deal I got on this TV was awesome.

The Samsung TV has such clarity, yiu can actually see who has bad skin! Incredible picture. And the sound bar, be prepared to be blown away. I’m rewatching all my favorite movies. There’s no reason to go to a theatre with this set-up!

Bought this 55" OLED TV two weeks ago and the picture is excellent! One thing we have noticed is a loud bass sound which is very noticeable especially during commercials. Tried to adjust the bass and treble but it says not aailable. Can not figue out what is causing this but other then that the TV is ok...

This TV is a beautiful piece of technology. I had a Qled prior to this OLED and the different was night and day.

Issues with apps

At times the apps take forever to actually use them. When I click the following apps, Netflix, Prime I get a black screen as if the TV is off. I try again about 6x and then it they open. Go through the motions and black screen again. I do turn off the tv several times to try and refresh it and after several and multiple attempts it works or I end up just watching regular TV. The issue is not all the time but most times and it gets annoying. I’ll be contacting warranty and see if this issue can be resolved.
*Picture is amazing, easy set up and use my old sound bar and works amazing. I will still buy this product but I probably got a wonky TV.

We appreciate your feedback, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
