Cheap. Handle broke

I don't know why they are so cheaply made .. I have another Bosch product(dish washer) and the handle also broke on that as well as broke on this microwave ..awful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bosch is best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very stylish front panel and I love the stainless interior. Easy to use and easy to clean. Only thing is the numbers are hard to see. They should be backlit maybe. This replaced our 7 year old (non bosch) microwave as it blew up while preparing dishes for Thanksgiving. All in all I really like this one and would recommend. We have a Bosch washer and dryer set that has been good to us for 15plus years. Hopefully we get the same quality and performance from this microwave.

Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From its clean sleek look to the bright under lights that light up the stove below, this microwave seems to be fantastic. Only feature I am missing is one touch minute button for 1-5. It just has a 30 second button. So far very happy

Not completely satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is beautiful inside and works well but the numbers are very tiny and hard to see as my son has vision problems. Also iI have to continuously be wiping because it is always filled with thumb prints. Not super happy.

SURPRISINGLY LACKING

The Microwave does heat quickly and looks more or less well finished. In terms of fit and finish it is no better than microwaves costing 1/3 as much. The control panel is cryptic, unreadable in a dimly lit room unless you have a spotlight directed at it. The several sensor cooking options are accessible only by studying a table in the manual or by referring to a glue on chart that sticks to the surface inside the door. It is unreadable without lighting from some external source. This is primative and disappointing in a unit at this price point. I would NOT buy this product again, and recommend that no one does.

Broken (cheap/fragile) plastic parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I do like this microwave. The convection is another story. The purpose of convection is to cook more evenly and quickly. While it may cook faster, the rear corner areas are significantly hotter (burn items) as compared to the rest. And worse, the entire top stainless section above the door has broken and fallen off after 13 months (beyond 12 month warranty). I live alone and the only one to use this appliance, so I know I have never slammed the door. Upon review, the small (fragile) plastic tabs that secure the top to the frame have failed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
