Love the looks/ lacks some features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the looks of the Bosch black stainless. It heats well. The microwave is well made and I would recommend it. I have not used the convection feature yet. Some things I would suggest: 1.) The instruction for installation are poor. We followed them and had to redo the intallation of the metal rack that the microwave attaches to on the back wall. 2.) There should be a reminder sound so that once items in the microwave are done cooking, it reminds you that you haven't removed the item yet. 3.) Install the sticker on the inside frame of the microwave rather than having the customer install it. 4.) Have shortcut buttons for softening and melting butter rather than having to push numerous keys to accomplish the task.

Nice but no temperature gauge

Great look, limited selections

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is great. Works well. There are two things I believe could be approved upon. 1. Reminder beeps once food has completed cooking. I frequently put tea in the microwave and there is only one beep once done and I forget about it. 2. I loved buttons for chocolate melt and butter soften on my last microwave. Having to remember what buttons to push is difficult.
I would recommend this to a friend!
