Love the Shark Cleaning Utilities.

Would be of great help to instruct about the "Combine with Deep Clean Pro" for additional stain treatment, since
using the "Stain-Striker" feature seems to only draw from the "Stain-Striker " tank and not both tanks. Also "Stain
Striker" is only available when using the "Hand-Tool". Removing Brush-Roll, included instructions say "Pull Tab".
Took me a bit to resolve, Remove Upper Clear Suction Duct, Push Together tabs to remove Secondary Duct,
Then you can remove the brush roller!

Not very impressed with my first use of the stain cleaner. Did not remove coffee stains in carpet. will try again and hope for better results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
