The product was exactly as described, very durable, and exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased with the weight, construction, and mechanics. Directions and installation was simple and easy. The lift works perfectly!

The lift is strong, well made and is easy to install. We had a "pony" wall (1/2 height wall/bookcase) between the living room/diningroom. We removed the shelving in an area going down through the wall and put the lift in. Looks great!

Pro II Lift System

Couldn\'t be more happier with my new lift system PRO II. It replaced an older lift system that came with a wall unit many years ago. The instructions provided with the unit were thorough and easy to follow making the installation simple and fast. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Whisper Lift II Pro

I bought the whisper lift II at first. I did not realize that he lift would not have preset stops. After an accident I called Touchstone. They were great. The upgraded me to a Whisper Lift II Pro. It works flawlessly. I love the fact that it raises and lowers with our a second thought about hitting the upper cabinets. I also bought the Fireplace. This completed a lovely renovation to our living area.

Excellent choice for the DIYer

My wife has wanted a tv lift "footboard" for a long time and I finally had enough guts to try and build one for her. The Whisper Lift II was the perfect companion for my homemade cabinet. Easy to install, works great and looks impressive in operation. If you are able to build a basic cabinet, you will be able to incorporate this into your design without any trouble.

Love my Whisper Lift II!

Just installed the Whisper Lift II in my man cave and it drops down from the ceiling. It has been a fun install. A bit challenging due to the gable ceiling and the height, I had to design a hanger and lengthen the unit two feet and build wall braces. Worked out great. Definitely lives up to it's name whisper quiet. Thanks Touchstone !!!
