Quality Product sturdy construction

I mounted this lift in a ceiling mount application and it works beautifully. The movement is smooth and very quiet. The wired and wireless remote are great and the accessory bracket fits nicely. There are also many ways to adjust the lift to best fit your application.

The installation was straight forward. Watching the YouTube video "Installing Touchstone Whisper Lift II In TV Lift Cabinet" was very helpful. The unit worked as expected.

Bent base

Unhappy with product arrival, bent base, as if someone dropped it on one corner. Mounting brackets were different then ones pictured in instruction manual. Had to call for updated installation instructions. Just unhappy and upset with touchstone.

I utilized the Wisper Lift as a down drop lift for a 50" flat screen TV in a highly custom kitchen project. It was designed to lower down out of a barrel ceiling area in front of a large bumped out double window. The add on component shelf was used as the basis for building and attaching the closure door with the same matching curved contour as the barrel ceiling ti be completely hidden when closed. Other lifts lifts provide more built in design and installation flexibility, but for the money, I am very pleased with this product. A great choice for those on a budget. Check out the pictures...

Whisper Lift ll review

I received the lift when it was supposed to arrive. The box had a small puncture and the lift mounting bracket was slightly bent. I straightened it and mounted it to my lift cabinet. I was surprised how beefy it is. It looks well made and was straight foreward to install. It is quiet and lifts my 55 inch LED with ease. I hope to enjoy it for many years.
