Raising Rollers

Overall experience was very good. Love the lift! One thing to look at though is when the roller on the top is raised there is no more padding for the cabinet top to run on which creates a rough spot when putting the cover down. Otherwise all is good!

Very smooth

Box was beat up but contents were in tack even though 2 of the rails were sticking out. Purchased the auxiliary top plate to replace the roller system on top of the lift. Overall very pleased so far (only been in use for a week)

Its an excellent product. Works fast and it’s really quiet (Maybe you could specify how many db emits each device!). And the ac adapter it’s multivolt (110-240V), so, no complains!

Quiet and Smooth.

Bought this lift a couple years back, before I built the cabinet to install it in. Well I’ve finally finished the cabinet, and I love it. The lift is quiet and it has no issues raising our 55” tv. I know it’s rated for larger screens, and you can tell because it runs smoothly. My favorite project by far. I’d send a photo, but I don’t know how to upload it.

Solid, Well Made and Quiet

I set ours up to lower down from a balcony with a 65" Samsung. It works very well. When we are not watching tv it is up and out of the way. This changes the room completely, making it more open with more light. Also it changes up the game with furniture placement. We no longer needed to locate the furniture around the spot where it was convenient to locate a tv. This was a huge improvement to the living area in our house. The lift does look like it could handle a larger tv, maybe a 75", if it was with in the weight limitation. We had a problem with UPS smashing our lift in transit and bending the thick metal base plate. Touchstone was outstanding at getting this straightened out. Thank you.

Whisper Lift

Your lift is everything I expected. It will not be used for a TV. My wife wanted a lift in our kitchen for raising cast iron dutch ovens level in and out of our upper double oven. The lift retracts below window level, has a fold down shelf to be out of the way and raises well above the top rack level of the top oven. Since her full dutch oven only weighs about 40 lbs, the lift has plenty of strength to handle it!
