Great Replacement Lift

I really had a great experience. I called the company prior to purchasing and spoke to one of the experts. I had to retrofit a lift into a cabinet and I needed their advice on selection to make sure it would fit. For me, I had to modify my lift slightly by removing the rollers on top to allow for lid to fully close. It was far easier to install this lift than it was to remove the old one, and that was amazing to me.

What a dynamic dimension this has added! Once installed, the unit is very stable and the movement is flawless and quiet. The IR sensor picks up the remote control signal very well even while out of sight! The memory for the stops works perfectly. (Not with all models, but so worth it.) One touch, the TV is raised to the proper height and one touch, it is lowered all the way.

Raising Rollers

Overall experience was very good. Love the lift! One thing to look at though is when the roller on the top is raised there is no more padding for the cabinet top to run on which creates a rough spot when putting the cover down. Otherwise all is good!

Very smooth

Box was beat up but contents were in tack even though 2 of the rails were sticking out. Purchased the auxiliary top plate to replace the roller system on top of the lift. Overall very pleased so far (only been in use for a week)

Its an excellent product. Works fast and it’s really quiet (Maybe you could specify how many db emits each device!). And the ac adapter it’s multivolt (110-240V), so, no complains!
