Solves a real problem where you hang a TV above a fireplace. Allows you to mount it high enough to protect the TV and then be able to drop it to optimal height for viewing. Very versatile tool when mounting a TV.

Works as advertised. Very solid at all positions except the very top position, which is only slightly less solid. A spike in electrical outlets from plugging in a subwoofer or other will send signal and make lift go down, so make sure there is clearance at all times as you never know when it will go down on its own. I would buy it again in a second. Trigger works good and setting height is easy. Quiet operation. I put a 2021 Sony 83" OLED (VESA 400mm x 400mm) on it with no issues because it is only 95 lbs. Perfect size for my application.

Great Replacement Lift

I really had a great experience. I called the company prior to purchasing and spoke to one of the experts. I had to retrofit a lift into a cabinet and I needed their advice on selection to make sure it would fit. For me, I had to modify my lift slightly by removing the rollers on top to allow for lid to fully close. It was far easier to install this lift than it was to remove the old one, and that was amazing to me.

What a dynamic dimension this has added! Once installed, the unit is very stable and the movement is flawless and quiet. The IR sensor picks up the remote control signal very well even while out of sight! The memory for the stops works perfectly. (Not with all models, but so worth it.) One touch, the TV is raised to the proper height and one touch, it is lowered all the way.
