An excellent lift but clamps to hold TV onto rails didn't work like manual said they should

I spent over an hour trying to install the clamps like the manual said to. In the end, I could get them to jam up and clamp in a different orientation and position than the manual said I should.

The lift works great. Quick and quit. The technical team was very helpful and answered all my questions. I make outdoor TV lift cabinets and the the one I own is still going strong after 10 years.

The Whisper Lift II is a great addition to my outdoor entertainment setting. I built the cabinet and top lid top accommodate the tv and lift. The challenge was lifting the 44.3 lb lid. I modified the lift plate by adding 4 12”inch steel strips to support the weight.

Better Than Expected!

When I noticed Touchstone over a decade ago I knew I wanted a lift. Over these years their lifts stood all tests so I took the leap! Brian helped me through my financing. Mr Lee is a God send! He helped me tirelessly organized my handmade ceiling cabinet to precisely fit my 70". I used 23401 with the drop down bracket. If you measure property this bracket takes all the weight of the lift install. The remote takes 23A to run properly. Matthew helped understand pairing the remote. Th lift lifts quietly this 95 lb TV. Thank you Touchstone!
