The cost of replacing toner cartridges is exhorbitant. The materials involved manufacturing the toner cartridges do not justify the high replacement cost. We participate in the recycling program. Why can't we purchase recycled cartridges, or at least get a credit to apply to replacements? This lowers my opinion of the HP brand.

Dont use other brands because they ink is very light colored and the cartridge doesnt last long. I tried 2 different kinds. One required replacing the chip in the cartridge. The second did not require it. Both cartridges only lasted 2 months. The HP has deep color and lasts long.
