Cannot get the remote to work. Contacted support and tried to pair the remote by resetting it. Did not work. Sent me a new remote. that one didn't pair either. Called support and they could not get it to pair. They said were going to check with the team. Waiting to hear back from them.

Elevate espresso lift cabinet

Excellent overall experience. Cabinet came within two weeks with everything installed. It’s well built and very heavy so needed help getting it into the house. Took me about 10 minutes to attach the TV 55” by myself and all I had to do was plug it in. The remote was programmed and ready to go. I hesitated buying this due to the cost, but it was well worth it.

This is the perfect solution for watching TV in large bedrooms where they walls are far away from bed. When the lift is lowered, the unit looks like an attractive piece of furniture. I highly recommend the purchase of the remote control for raising and lowering the TV because it really enhances the convenience of using the lift.

we received our Lift Cabinet last week, with the operating mechanism installed at the factory. Although I am sure the information was in the documents somewhere, I was suprised how heavy the cabinet was, I should have been better prepared.

We bought this cabinet so that we can watch tv straight on from the bed and not cover a large window with the tv and we absolutely love it!!! It’s beautiful and well made and matches our dresser and nightstand almost perfectly. Plus it’s so cool!!!!

I was disappointed with the shelf that was put in- its crooked, takes away from the whole experience. There is a bubble in the corner of the wood panel, the panel that you can remove.It looks horrible.
