[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we love our new cabinet! It works great and looks beautiful and everyone at Touchstone was very easy to work with. They even set a couple wood samples so we could decide which one was right for our home. : )

Great product, but a bit pricy

Overall, the product is great. It is well made. It was a bit tricky with the component shelf to keep all of the wires out of the way. It is a bit pricey. I should have joined the mailing list earlier as the offered a sale shortly after I bought mine. I feel the sale price is more reasonable.

I needed something finished on all sides to go behind a free-standing sofa. This fit the bill. Great design, well made, well packaged, easy to assemble. Operation is smooth and quiet. Love it!

frustration

Cannot get the remote to work. Contacted support and tried to pair the remote by resetting it. Did not work. Sent me a new remote. that one didn't pair either. Called support and they could not get it to pair. They said were going to check with the team. Waiting to hear back from them.

Elevate espresso lift cabinet

Excellent overall experience. Cabinet came within two weeks with everything installed. It’s well built and very heavy so needed help getting it into the house. Took me about 10 minutes to attach the TV 55” by myself and all I had to do was plug it in. The remote was programmed and ready to go. I hesitated buying this due to the cost, but it was well worth it.

This is the perfect solution for watching TV in large bedrooms where they walls are far away from bed. When the lift is lowered, the unit looks like an attractive piece of furniture. I highly recommend the purchase of the remote control for raising and lowering the TV because it really enhances the convenience of using the lift.
