Sucks but in a good way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were sent this carpet cleaner as a sample by Stellar Review Panel: First impression was that it does a pretty good job for being cordless. The suction isn't as powerful as a plug in cleaner, but if you hover over it long enough most of the water comes back out. We get about 45 to 60 mins of use before the battery runs out. Gotta make sure it's pre charged before you need it, it doesn't turn on while it's charging. It's pretty quiet when sitting on the ground. If you're lifting it up, you can hear the fan significantly more. My kids like to help clean up messes now, they get to use the sprayer and then scrub/suction to their hearts desire.

Great Portable Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up the product was extremely easy. Instructions are clear, and the device only takes about 4 hours to fully charge. The first place I tested this portable cleaner was our truck. We just returned from a lake trip with our Great Pyrenees in tow. Needless to say, there was dried drool and plenty of fur and dirt that needed cleaning from our weekend away. Thank goodness we had this portable cleaner! Once the car was vacuumed, I went straight to cleaning the mats and seats. The cleaner was able to get out some older set-in stains which was impressive since the mats are old. Getting inside the cab of the truck was so easy with this machine! No extension cords needed - just loaded the machine in and got straight to cleaning! The seats came out stunningly. The only things I would improve would be the battery life, the scrubber, and the suction function. The battery life lasts well for small messes, but if you are detailing your car, you'll have to take a break to charge it. The scrubber works okay, but isn't as large as I would like for cleaning big messes. The suction of the hose doesn't get it totally dry, which is similar to older models that plug in. Overall this is a great product that I would recommend and purchase if I hadn't received this for testing. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this portable carpet cleaner.

So far I've used to help clean my upholstery as well my couch. It's very durable and gets the job done. Setupnis easy as well as cleanup. Definitely my goto from now on. I would definitely recommend! I am a fan of anything cordless and not fighting with a cord and works for almost 20 mins on high power which is perfect for the tough to get out water stains I had on my sofa! I've always wanted a carpet cleaner but didn't want a big, bulky upright corded machine that takes up lots of storage space. This little machine fit the bill and bonus points for being cordless! I've already used it several times and it works so much better than just using a can of carpet cleaner plus a paper towel. I love that I can use it all over the house and even in my car. Great product! I received this for free from Stellar product testing.

A wonderful tool for not so wonderful times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the 'opportunity' to test how well this worked when my dog got #2 sick in a few spots on carpet. After cleaning as much up with paper towels as possible I was surprised how simple & fast it was to get the machine going. Add a little cleaner specific soap (it comes with a trial size that lasts more than one use) & water using the guidelines, snap the tank back on & it's ready to go. There are only 2 buttons on the top to operate & a trigger on the brush head that shoots out the soapy water mixture. It took a few minutes on each spot to get it clean. All the dirty water goes into a separate tank from the fresh soapy water. It's much faster, easier & less messy than the manual alternative. The battery easily lasted through the 5-6 spots I used it on, on high power, probably about 30 minutes of total runtime. It was also easy to clean after using it. Cons: the bristles are stiff & can leave little pulls in the carpet, the machine is a little loud, & you need to remember to charge it. This is both a pro & a con as it doesn't need the cord which could get in the way & dragged through mess, but if you forgot to charge it after last time, you'll have to wait a few hours which probably isn't ideal with any messes you'd need this for. Overall, this was a great little cleaner that you may not need often, but will be HUGELY useful when you do.

I have a two year old and two dogs, so I am constantly having to clean up after them. I usually have to pull out my large Bissell carpet cleaner, so I love having this smaller version that is quicker to clean smaller messes. It's so easy to use and I love that it was cordless. I also like the hose tool that helps to clean the hose and that I can remove the hose for easy cleaning. Overall, I think this is an awesome product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the look of this product when I took it out of the box, its sleek and lightweight and I like the color. When I started using it I felt like it wasn't sucking up very much so I tried to make sure the hose was in all the way. I tried pressing the little button at the bottom of the hose to take it off but it was really hard to remove... and then the hose just ripped right off!! I'm scared it's going to leak all over, but I'm going to try to use it again and see? Just seems really cheap especially since it was my first time using it and I had hardly even started cleaning!!! annoying since it was over $200
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
