I powered it on, saw the HP symbol spin for 3 seconds and it stopped. The Pavilion I had before that lasted 2 years before this happened. Before that, I had a Pavilion that never powered on just like this Envy. My status as a faithful purchaser of HP products has been shaken to its core.

So far so good. This computer is fast. Had to replace an outdated hp computer. No more support for Windows 10. The SSD drive is an upgrade for me. It does everything I need it to do and more. The huge discount on the price was also a plus. I couldn’t be happier. I certainly would recommend hp computers.
