It has the power to process my DAW, Audio Tracks and all the Plugins I use without lagging especially when tracking audio during a session. A slow computer can cause bad latency issues that can ruin a performance.

I purchased this computer to replace an older one of a different brand that was failing incrementally. Thus far I am very satisfied with it. I would have given it 5 stars except for two things; I could use a couple more USB ports on the back to more adequately accommodate my peripherals and prefer a half height CD/DVD drive to the vertically mounted notebook drive. Both of those things are personal preferences, however. Based strictly on performance I give it a 5 star rating.

No issues after ~2 months of ownership, seems to work great for most basic tasks including 1080p gaming. One tiny issue worth mentioning is the CD drive cover is a bit too sensitive and will pop open randomly.
