[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I bought a new PC is because Turbo Tax doesn’t support Win7 anymore. I hate Win10. I suppose the PC works as good as it’s suppose to but I lost all my contacts on AOL. I thought they were on AOL’s server but they’re gone. And all my saved websites have all disappeared as well. Can’t find any way to fix it. It is way too slow opening files and APPs.

I've purchased the Intel Optane SSD option, which is super fast especially when booting up and streaming videos, etc. The built-in Wi-Fi connectivity is excellent given the machine is located on the second floor while my router/modem is on the first floor. The machine is also very quite compared to my old HP desktop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This new desktop is slower to boot up compared to my old Laptop. Also the DVD/CD player is finicky on what it want to play.. At this point I wished I would have look twice at purchasing a Dell product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You see the power button works inconsistently and the way its positioned makes it difficult to power on. Why it was designed that way is thought provoking.
