It is our 3rd HP computer we have had. This one replaces her old desktop, and I have a HP laptop. So far we are very happy.

To get it back into good working condition would cost about half of what this new, and more up to date computer. It was a no brainer to get the newer model!! It works great!!!! Even the sound through the old speakers is more dynamic/great!!!

I had some concerns with ordering a new computer but those concerns were quickly dashed. The setup with the new computer was simple, quick and most important, painless. My files from the older HP transferred over with little effort. The only glitch so far, and it is minor, is the computer refuses to go into sleep mode even though we have it set for ten minutes. Otherwise, I am quite pleased with my new HP!
