[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with my computer, but can’t find the CD I was sure the details described when I bought it. As an older customer, I still can’t get used to not receiving an operating manual. I have always relied on them to answer questions, especially with a change in operating systems. I was disappointed not to receive hard copies of the software add-ons I purchased with the computer. Instead, I received a couple pieces of paper with a key code to download the programs. I guess I’m “old school”, but some of the things thought of as progress are hard to get used to.

As always the purchase was easy and I configured it to my needs. Got a SSD drive which is super fast, along with a second drive for storage. I like the design of this PC because of the USB locations. Earlier models had them on top of the tower, which was cumbersome. Shipment tracking was okay, but wish they could give me a tracking number from the carrier so I can setup alerts. From the website it was cell phone text only for alerts. PC worked great right out of the box. Also decided to get a new display, So I'm all new and updated with cool setup.

Since it was custom, it took a while to build but HP beat the projection by 2 weeks. Took my old 1 TB hard drive and slipped it in the new HP in 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier.
