2TB HDD is failing and HD has not replaced. Instead the tech had me testing every other aspect of the PC when this thing is making a squealing noised randomly and on shut down.

Luv it! Quiet and compact. New windows 10 is difficult to work with and so different from my old windows 10 pro. I've used Outlook for many years, new Outlook 2019 is an absolute nightmare to setup/connect. Microsoft support puts you on hold...then hangs up

Great fast computer. Needed replace my old Omni27 HP that was over 8 years old. Still messing with the settings but overall a nice upgrade. One suggestion I think HP should do is to have the user profile default to the D:/ instead of the C:/ which is the solid state drive. You have to manually create the user folders and change permissions for this to become persistent.
