Burns gas wet, smells, and cannot adjust!!
on July 7, 2024
Posted by: Sam Haines
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit was delivered fine, but gas burners all glow yellow and pulse. Air/gas mixture needs to be adjusted. On older stoves this adjustment is simple, and takes seconds... On this unit, such a simple adjustment is essentially impossible. The manual has no useful information about how to find the adjustment lever/manifold. The top of the stove cannot be removed, as it has a ton of electrical wiring attached underneath, so I cannot adjust the burners. Terrible!!

Loud and very annoying fan
on January 25, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When using the bake function a fan comes on. It emits a cross between a loud moan and soft howl. The noise is intolerable, we can hear it in the living room ! It is so loud we need to turn up the TV. The range LOOKS nice but is in truth VERY cheaply constructed. When installing in its recess the side of the stainless? panel caught on the counter and pulled away from the upright part housing the control panel. A MOST unsatisfactory product.

Hi there, valued customer! Thank you for making time to provide us with your feedback. If you here rattling noise this is caused by loose connection, if you hear humming noise, it is Normal throughout the cooking cycle and after oven is shut off. This can take between 30-60 mins. If you happen to be experiencing an unusual loud sound of your appliance, you can contact us by live chat or by phone at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, at your convenience.

Cleaning the cooktop is a nightmare
on January 31, 2024
Posted by: mbeem
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this to replace a 20+ year old Frigidaire Gallery gas stove. We were so happy with it. Easy to clean and no problems whatsoever. The igniters in the oven stopped working and we could no longer bake, so what did we do? We got another gas stove from Frigidaire. We thought that they had earned our trust, but we've had this for 2 weeks and I have hated it every single day since. Or at least the cooktop. Every single piece of the cooktop has to be removed and scrubbed separately every time you cook literally anything. The spatters will stay if you don't. Can you use a spray on them? Can you put the parts in the dishwasher? No, you have to use a sponge and non-abrasive cleaner on the caps, burner grates and heads. The heads are not connected even though the manual says they are so just brushing them causes them to fall off. All parts of the stove top must be removed to clean the cooktop. If you want to spend as much time cleaning as you do cooking, this stove is for you! We have only baked so far in the oven and that seems to work well, we have not used the air fryer yet, but I'm very aprehensive about what kind of crazy mess that will make. How is it possible, that after all of these years, the parts have become harder instead of easier to clean? I don't recommend this if you have any of the problems I mentioned above. I fervently wish I had chose a different model. Oh, one more thing, you can't even buy replacement burner caps. That would help the cleaning process and it was the least they could have done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your video and conversion book is for something other than a a model FCRG3085AS. I can only hope that what little information we were able to gather from your instructions that the set up is complete and correct.

Nice stove
on September 1, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice stove, works good, my only issue is its an air fryer also ,but there is no air fryer tray included. For the cost of the stove, a 20 dollar tray should be included.

30 in stove with air fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife chose the frigidaire stove. I admit i never consider buying one. I always bought G.E or other known brands. Now that we have one, i regret not considering buying a frigidaire. My daughter also has frigidaire appliances in her home. Some times women do know best. I now considering buying all frigidaire appliances for our kitchen. Thank you frigidaire for building a product worth buying.

It's ok but....
on March 28, 2025
Posted by: PG101
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it cooks food like any other stove but, I'm not happy with the electrical broiler elements that it has. I definitely prefer a fire element broiler; it pulls a great deal of power and takes longer to heat and broil the food. Haven't used the Air Fry option yet, likely to pull a load of power as well. Seems cheaper to fry the little I do fry in the usual manner. Am I missing something...why doesn't the back panel light up fully and not just certain functions?
Response from frigidaire.comBy RuthOnline Outreach SpecialistMarch 31, 2025
Hello there. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your new stove. We appreciate your feedback on the broiler and understand your preference for a gas-powered element. Electric broilers do take longer to heat and can use more energy, but they provide consistent heat distribution for even cooking.

Regarding the Air Fry option, it is designed for efficient cooking with less oil compared to traditional frying methods. While it does use power, it may be more energy-efficient than deep frying due to shorter cooking times. We’d love to hear your thoughts once you’ve had a chance to try it!

As for the back panel lighting, only certain functions may illuminate depending on the model's design. This is intended to highlight active settings, but if it seems inconsistent, we recommend checking the user manual or reaching out to our support team for clarification.

We appreciate your feedback and are here to help if you have any further questions. Feel free to contact us via live chat online at Frigidaire.com or via phone at 800-374-4432, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST.

Best Regards,
Ruth
