The oven stopped working

I am disappointed after buying a premium gas range that the oven stopped working within 2 years. I have never had this experience with another brand new appliance for a quarter of the price.

I have attempted to reach the company, many times asking for assistance with the stove
I have not heard back, and the stove runs very high, causing me to burn many meals and wasting lots of time and money

Gorgeous French Door Gas Convection Range!

We purchased this FORNO Massimo 30″ Freestanding French Door Gas Convection Range w/with a total output of 30,000 BTU! It checked all the boxes for us - fully gas convection cooling, internal halogen lighting, telescopic oven racks, wok-ring, reversible dual side griddle, air fry basket with rack, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings, pro-style door handles, and easy steam cleaning feature. And is is so beautiful.
We just purchased, so we haven't had much opportunity to provide a review on functionality. I'll circle back after a few months.
