Awesome mideval set!

This set is awesome to say the least. The build was fun and there are a few clever build methods that I appreciated. The amount of detail in the set really adds to it and makes it feel alive and realistic.

Excellent Set!

Growing up playing with Legos I could only dream of a set like this. I built a medieval village when I was young based around the original blacksmith and armor shop sets. I had so much fun and this set brings so much of that back. I recommend this set for the following reasons:
-great value considering all the different elements you get.
-variety of building techniques involved and innovations.
-Small details like stone path doorway entrances and wood simulated floor.

Long Needed Medieval Village

The build and look of this set was perfect, and the tie ins to current and past castle sub themes were amazing. Please revamp a medical line, so there can be smaller elements such as carriages, gatehouses, watchtowers, etc that fans can add to pad out their medieval collections.

Great addition for castle lovers!

I personally love this set. I picked up the Lion Knight castle a few years back and this was a welcomed extension of that set. Favorite part of set - new Wolfpack mini figure! Also loved the Bat Lord tie in with the poster. Couple of nice peasant mini figure pieces in the set. The tax collector is a great fig! Least favorite part is the lack of animals in the set. Love having a new goat, but that’s a lot of cheese for that one goat to produce. lol! Please keep up the castle theme! It’s way better than the big name sets in my opinion (Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc.). I’m almost a little afraid of how much money I’ll spend if there is a full blown castle resurgence…

Medieval fun

We purchased this as a family set. So far we are just getting started and only about 1/5th of the way through it. My children have done the bulk of the building and for the youngest of them they need help from time to time but love this set. It has great elements, fun designs and excellent playability for them.
We love the castle sets and wish Lego had a few more mainstream sets that were more in line with the price points of the other themes as it would be nice to add some smaller sets to fill out the village/castle world they are building but this set is a fun one and comes with some excellent features, nice buildings and some great Minifigures, as a 80s into the 90s kid the wolfpack figure brings back some great memories.
I would recommend this to a friend!
