ovens temp is always off, baking has to be checked by oven temp gage to insure proper cooking
ie knob is set to 350 degrees actual temp is around 400 on low bake and 422 on low convection 433 on high convection

The Jury is out

It's about 14 months old and the oven is taking over an hour to preheat to 400. We'll see how the warranty process goes with customer service.
