Love this range, but...

love this range. truly, would buy again. But after only being installed for 1 year in our new home we are having issues with the second (smaller) oven not lighting or heating, and a gas smell from the main oven if the venting fan isn't running constantly. Even still, would definitely buy again and hoping the company can help us troubleshoot these issues easily.

Stunningly beautiful

I absolutely love the 6239-48 we just bought! It is a beautiful piece of equipment, but unfortunately, after cooking my first meal, the main oven will not operate without tripping the breaker. Hopefully it will be a quick fix.

Heard back from them in minutes. I had a problem with a new gas range and I submitted a request and heard back from customer service in about 15 minutes. Wow
