Heard back from them in minutes. I had a problem with a new gas range and I submitted a request and heard back from customer service in about 15 minutes. Wow

Pretty but not functional

Handle and side panel rusted upon arrival. Full-size oven only works on broiler…sometimes. Small oven fits narrow casserole pans and works intermittently. I was directed for service and informed it will be about a week for an appointment. Heard from a serviceman in my town to inform me he’ll call another time to schedule. A week goes by and I reach out and am told I’ll get a call the next day, end of the week I have to ask if I should just call Forno back. Finally have an appointment. I’m not optimistic!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stunningly beautiful

I absolutely love the 6239-48 we just bought! It is a beautiful piece of equipment, but unfortunately, after cooking my first meal, the main oven will not operate without tripping the breaker. Hopefully it will be a quick fix.

Love this range, but...

love this range. truly, would buy again. But after only being installed for 1 year in our new home we are having issues with the second (smaller) oven not lighting or heating, and a gas smell from the main oven if the venting fan isn't running constantly. Even still, would definitely buy again and hoping the company can help us troubleshoot these issues easily.
