Tough to say quite yet based on only having it a week. Definitely not the old Viking workhorse its replacing... though has nice appearance. Cooked prime rib on Xmas and noted all the knobs heat up from the oven more that I would have thought... and there is a drippy defect on the inside of the glass door that we will be calling about. Burners work great so far, cast iron grates are heavy duty and griddle is nice. Once I put it through the paces I can review a bit better.
