Stove faulty after one month

We have been happy with the performance of this stove and oven, but the oven stopped working less than a month after install. Broiler and cooktop still work.

Manual is not very informative, and the web site is descriptive either. Trying how to move and relocate oven racks isn't understandable.

Great stove, one issue

Love the unit and performs as promoted, have only one issue. When using the over the outside of the oven, even the control knobs on the outside get extremely hot almost untouchable. Is this normal
I would recommend this to a friend!
