Knob and door

We will be passing your comments about the knob being hard to turn over to our product team to review. In regards to the door being hard to close, we recommend checking to make sure that your dryer is completely level to the ground. The leveling legs are located at the bottom of the unit and can be adjusted by rotating them clockwise or counter clockwise. Great basic dryer

This is a great basic dryer! We have a tiny space so had to get this model…pretty basic, but I like it! My only complaint would be that it is a little noisier than our old machine but I wouldn’t say it’s loud

Not happy with the service

We had a deliver set for Saturday the person that took the information it was all wrong called back a few times and the information did not get fix until the Monday. The person answer the phone on Saturday tells they will deliver it Monday like it was fine. A had to take day off work Monday for the problem they made. The only thing they said it I'm sorry. Then on Monday i had spoke to the person that took the information and called back spoke to a women that was give me back to the sell person that messed up everything. I had to get upset for her to help me and my dryer out to me buy that Monday afternoon. Too many phone was made to get this problem fix. The guys that came out to unstill where very nice.Thank you

Dries efficiently

Capacity is good. Controls are simple. Doesn't need to be set to the "More" setting for items to come out dry. Try the middle dot or "Less" setting. Noise buzzer when finished is too long and loud.

Have only done one load of laundry since it was installed 2 days ago, however, the people who delivered and set up were totally professional and answered all questions asked. Of course after they left and I was ready to test out my new dryer, the manual was clear and easy to utilize. Dryer is quiet, and works without any hitches or bugs. Design allows for optimal loads that dry without wrinkles or excessive wear and tear on clothes.
