Need Help

I bought this about 11 months ago and my clothes would never dry. They do get warm. I tried drying them for 1 hour or even 2 hours yet the clothes remain just warm and very very damp. I am trying to get a service call in my warranty but not sure if they are going to charge me for this. Hopefully the warranty works and my clothes start to dry like the machine was intended to.

Solid Dryer

Machine works well for small loads and medium loads. But when introducing towels to a larger load, it struggles to dry them. The two stage buzzer is also a little too rough on the ears and has no switch for on and off. Had to remove it myself. Still a fine dryer - nothing exceptional.

We want to help out with drying those larger and bulkier items. We recommend using the timed dry setting at max heat, as this will help ensure the thicker fabrics have ample time to dry.

Disappointed and frustrated

Bought this product back on 4/18/25, which was a Friday. Did not use till Sunday, 4/20. Laundry didn't dry 1st round. Thought I didn't turn dryer on, so ran again. Clothes didn't dry. Had to go the laundry mat, until it could be serviced. That was a disaster trying to coordinate service days since it can only be m-f. It's now Wednesday, June 11th and two parts were replaced on a brand new dryer, BRAND NEW. Hoping for the best!

Great investment - worth the money!

Absolutely awesome! My old dryer was wearing out. I needed to turn it on 3 or 4 times to dry clothes. This dryer is a work horse! One time at the 60 minute setting and DONE!! Now I save time and money on my electric bill. The timer setting is a great feature. Love my new dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
