We'd like to assist with the sound level of your dryer. We're glad to hear you're pleased with the end of cycle signal. While it is normal for the unit to make sounds while operating, there are some things you can do that may help like moving the dryer to an even floor space, or adjust the leveling legs as necessary until even. Check out the following article for further guidance here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17411
The drum is smaller than I thought which requires smaller loads to fully dry. Also no option to turn off the buzzer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're happy to hear that your new dryer is working well and we'd like to provide some tips that may help with drying performance. Firstly, be sure to clean the lint filter before every load. Match the control settings to the load you are drying. If you are drying only one or two items, add a few items to ensure proper tumbling.

This model has what we call a Fixed End-of-Cycle signal, meaning the volume cannot be reduced or disabled. We will pass your feedback on this signal along to our product team for review.

Installed today. Dried one small load of clothes. Then it stopped working. Checked the fuse in basement. That wasn't it. It just stopped working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
