This microwave is fabulous. My favorite feature is the softening of butter. The appliance does a precise job of softening without melting. My only complaint is that the owner's manual gives ambiguous air-fryer instructions and the imagines/parts don't seem to match my unit. The gap is a contractor error, please ignore.

Easy to use

We just bought the Thor model built in microwave speed oven, specs say it has a standard 3 prong plug but it is not. It is a 3 prong plug designed for 20 amps
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the drop down door

I was so happy to find this microwave convection oven with a drop down door. I was having trouble finding one that wouldn't bang the wall when opened. I've only had it a few days but it is awesome. Very powerful and attractive. Happy that it is the right size to fit in my space.

Amazing Convection Microwave!!!

I bought this in June and it has been amazing! It’s so quiet but powerful! Heats up food very quickly. Even microwaving pizza turned out amazing! I would recommend this convection microwave to anyone.

Recently purchased this microwave to replace a GE microwave that was slowly breaking, display had failed, was making noise, etc. This Thor microwave was a great price, fit perfectly, and was very easy to install. The quality of this microwave is much higher than the GE that it replaced. It's very polished, and very well thought through. For example, the standalone ceramic plate inside the microwave is a brilliant design that makes it easy to clean!
