Don’t spend your money on this

Ordered this with reward points I earned at work, so I was already expecting a product that didn’t perform great as that seems to be the trend for products available on that site.
As for the device: it has 3 speeds. The lowest speed doesn’t work and the highest speed sounds like running a hairdryer on low.
It also doesn’t turn on and off properly, so I plug it in when I want to use it and unplug it to turn it off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
