Particle sensor causing unit to run on high

I set it up to run on auto yesterday. It has been running constantly through the day and night on high with a red light indicating the air is still unhealthy. We live in a 2000 sq ft house in the Phoenix area. Is this normal?

The air quality was extremely poor where I live for a while because of local wildfires, and this helped keep us safe. It made me feel confident that the air my family (pets) was breathing was safer than it was without it. I'm very happy I had the chance to try this while the air quality was poor, and really put it to the test. It definitely delivered.

Excellent for large spaces!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very large air purifier compared to the others that I have but it cleans the air of a massive 1692sq foot space every hour making it perfect for our open floor plan home. You can definitely tell that it is working. I have had sinus infections and this definitely makes me feel like I am able to breathe with less irritation. This is an excellent air purifier and I’m extremely pleased with it. I gave it 4 stars because the fan can get fairly loud on the higher settings and although I do appreciate the oil diffuser pad (I use essential oil diffusers all the time) the aroma the pads provide is very faint even with adding extra drops.

A welcome addition to the home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The homedics air purifier is easy to use, easy to set up, and the manual is easy to follow. There are multiple filter settings, but we tend to keep it on the setting that adjusts to sensing the air itself. So (for example) I burn something in the kitchen, the purifier will sense the change in air quality and adjust accordingly.

UVC bulb issue

I have 2 of these units. They are great EXCEPT the replacement uvc bulbs have been out of stock for over a year. Extremely frustrating. So if you are counting on the uvc function ….this is not for you

Clean air

I love this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had an air purifier running in my bedroom for the last 5 years nonstop. When I received this one, I switched them out. This to me is a 2 for your money sort of thing. I leave it on auto during the day, crank it up to 4 at night, and it acts like a sound machine at night. It runs really quietly when it’s on the lower settings, but it sounds like a wind machine when it’s on the 4 setting. I can’t say enough good things about it.
