[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have large high windows which are impossible to reach without using a ladder. I was skeptical that this machine would work and get a great result. It had no issue climbing and cleaning the very large area. It left no streaking and cleaned as well as a professional. Very happy with the product. Set up was super easy and intuitive. I was also surprised how much it could clean without needing to be refilled.

Works great! Nervous it would fall off but hasn’t yet. I have many large windows and doors and have cleaned them inside and out and does a pretty good job. I just have to wipe the window off when I remove it.

Plain water (I used filtered water to eliminate chlorine sediment build up). Consistent results. I have more than 50 glass doors with 10’ height. This will save me a gallon of windex and 2-3 rolls bounty and climbing and getting down 50 times. Half the doors in 2nd floor. No more circus with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the WINBOT W1 PRO as we are very pleased with the DEEBOT X1 OMNI...Unfortunately the WINBOT does not come close to cleaning a window as well as a human. Although the windows do appear clean you can still see water marks along the edges and in some cases there are visible streaks left on the windows. Another downside is that the robot is not battery operated and must remain plugged in which makes it difficult to clean multiple sliding glass doors, etc. The price is a fair price but don't expect this robot to match the results of a human window cleaner...

I really like this robot. I have a solid glass wall in my shower and I was concerned that the robot couldn't handle soap scum. I set it to deep clean and it did a great job with just water. My only complaint is the sprayers on the robot leak. I just have to wipe up the floor when it has completed the cycle.

Love the Winbot, don't like all the mechanical problems with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Winbot in November of 2023 and in the spring when I went to use it the sprayer didn't work. I was sent another one and that one wouldn't connect to the app, received another one and that one wouldn't even start when I tried to put it on the glass. I am now on my 4th one and so far that one seems to be doing fine. The problem that I have is that the one year warranty expires on my original purchase and I have lost about 3-4 months of waiting for all of these replacements. Overall I love the machine as we have a lot of big windows. I've learned to do a deep cleaning (sometimes 2 deep cleanings if they were really dirty) with water and then put on a dry clean pad, without using the sprayer, and do a deep cleaning. It polishes the glass and now I don't see leftover swirls. Before I did this, I also used to see the square where the pad was on the glass where it was taken off.
