Good backpack minus the zippers

I like the layout of the backpack. It's built really well, but I hate the zippers. The sharp squared off metal zippers scratch up my hands and arms every time I use it. They went with a plastic zipper to not scratch up the computer on the tech zip area. They should use that around the rest of the pack

Great Backpack for Everyday

Very well made as you would expect from Tumi. Thoughtful pockets inside the compartments. The front pocket is very large and can hold significant amount of stuff. The iPad sleeve is large enough to hold my 13" laptop if I prefer. Straps are very comfortable.

Stylish but average

Very stylish however not practical for everyday use. Zippers are easily caught, pockets are very tight, and the straps are not built for comfort. Gotten several comments on how it looks though. I personally would not purchase again because of the quality to price ratio.
