Polk Audio outdoor speakers

Well. Just got these. Ran cables out to my back yard. A little longer than they say is good. 90 ft. . However Speakers sound great. They sound way better loud. Enough bass for the size. At low volumes they fill the space but need some bass. Depends on what music you listen too and also for outside they kick regardless.
Not sure about the comments that loud is not good. It’s definitely better.
Great deal for price at 139 cdn. . I don’t think you can go wrong.
I have had a polk audio 12” Sub for 18 yrs. kicks the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simply great sound for the price. Good bass. Crisp. We boomed these while my partner was in our field a couple of hundred feet away. No distortion. Lovely background at low volume. Just get them.

Good for the price

Installation was easy. The mounting bracket gave several options for mounting including in the corner where the wall and ceiling meet. The speaker kind of “snaps” into the bracket and holds temporarily so you can attach the screws.
I have them installed in the garage for some background music while I wash the cars or do some other work. They are replacing some in-ceiling speakers that were part of an integrated whole home audio that gave up on me. I figured a outdoor speaker would be a better choice than the in ceiling speakers even though it’s in the garage.
Don’t expect to have a dance party or do any critical listening with these but if your looking for some background audio for an outdoor application then these are a good value IMO.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have 2 pairs on my 400 sq.ft screened in patio and they fill the space with nice dispersion of sound

Mounted these on my deck but unfortunately I never got a chance to try them as it was getting late in the season and it was time to remove them for the winter . As I was taking them down I noticed one of them was full of water ! Outdoor speakers they are not !!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
