But I’ve also gained an interest in computer gaming, consoles are limited graphically and can’t be updated. Also the selection for console gaming is so minuscule, so with a pc the opportunities are endless. I’ll say this machine is perfect, handles everything and anything i have given it. I love the ability to change the colors and which areas have a specific color, my daughter loves seeing this!! Now the only thing I’ll say is the memory is limited only about 1tb but again that’s somewhere to where you can either just add more memory if your a builder or like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Lenovo Legion C730 with an RTX 2070 (8GB) to the Legion Tower 7i Gen 8 with an RTX 4080 Super (16GB), and the performance jump is massive. Load times are faster, frame rates are higher, and everything runs quieter and cooler.
It’s honestly a bit wild how smooth and responsive this machine is compared to my old setup.
Only minor issue: the RAM came set to 4000MHz instead of the rated 5600MHz. Easy fix in the BIOS, but something to check after setup.
Overall, this is exactly the kind of upgrade I was hoping for — powerful, quiet, and ready for anything I throw at it.

After pricing out components for a new PC, the Lenovo gaming towers looked very appealing compared to Dell, HP and a number of no names that I looked at. The Lenovo line has always stood out and I was NOT disappointed with this one! Fast delivery, great packaging and the Legion Tower 7i Gen 8 w/RTX 4080 is a Monster of a machine (and looks fantastic)! Very well built, minimal bloatware, that's easy to remove and just an overall quality piece of kit! I highly recommend the Legion Tower if you're looking to upgrade to a professional gaming rig!
