But, I've had a tough time getting my rewards from Lenovo, even after tons of calls to customer care. That part has been pretty frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a solid gaming desktop with excellent cooling and very quiet performance. The number of I/O ports is reasonable, though a few more USB-C ports—especially on the top—would be helpful. The extensibility is good, with extra RAM and M.2 slots available. However, I wish the included RAM was from a more popular brand, as the Hynix RAM provided is relatively uncommon and overpriced. On the bright side, all components are standard, so upgrading or repairing it in the future should not be an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Machine, but I wish it would have had (as standard or customer selected as an option) the Nvidia 4090 Graphics Processor and an expansion option of 48Gb Ram. The included 4080 and 32 Gb is nice, but just a little shy of near perfection. As Apps and Games are rapidly improving, the additional “horsepower” would provide for a meaningful and longer useful life.
