Nice cooktop, but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooktop a month ago and while I do like it, I partially bought it because it came with a griddle attachment. The griddle attachment was not in the box, but they do send you an offer code to get a free one sent to your house. Here’s the catch…it’s temporarily out of stock! (It has been for a loooong time) At this point I’m wondering if it’ll ever be back in stock. Why sell a cooktop and offer an attachment that you don’t have? I’m having buyers remorse as of now, but we’ll see…
As for the cooktop itself, I do like it, it looks nice, but it is a little noisier than my last cooktop was. When the gas pilot is burning it has a loud hissing sound. Nothing too horrible, but it is louder than my other one. Oh well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

5 burner cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our gourmet kitchen. The burners are not far enough apart for cooking alot of dishes at a time.i have some big pots that barely fit. Using 2 small skillets to cook eggs in the morning for my husband n I is somewhat difficult. They are 8in or 6in. Not sure which but they are too big to fit next to each other to cook at same time.

Making it work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my wife who was very excited about both switching to gas, and the griddle component. I installed it very easily by myself and it looks great. I would have given this five stars except for what happened next. 1) Right out of the box, two of the five gas bases had wrong caps. 2) When I registered my cooktop online, the service support person I dealt with had no record of this registration, even though my computer screen told me that it had been successfully registered. 3) Even though this cooktop is advertised to come with a free griddle, my service person told me that they were unable to send me one in Minnesota. With all of this, I cannot say enough about my service person, Kelly. She was phenomenal. She got all of my cooktop issues resolved with correction or a work around. When everything finally comes, and with her help I believe it will, she will be the saving grace of this deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great to cook on the burners are late and even cooking! It is a beautiful stainless steel! The grills are heavy duty and made ver well! The little feet could be better quality is my only complaint one already broke! Everything works very well !
