Very dissatisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I set the oven for a temperature that is stated in a recipe, the food takes up to 20% longer to cook compared to the suggested time in the recipe and the time I have used previously on the same recipe. This is worse when there is more than one cookie sheet in the oven. I checked the temperature via an oven thermometer, which provided an accurate temperature but I am unsure why this oven is so slow. The convection is worthless; the dish took more than 30% longer than stated in the recipe. The air fryer is also worthless- simply roasting is no different than the air fryer setting

Great Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to replace a 30 year old Whirlpool oven. I did not realize how outdated the old oven was til we started using this one! No more burnt on top and not done in middle rolls. This one seems to preheat quicker and cooks everything more even. We've had it a month now and extremely pleased so far!

KOES527PSS Oven will not keep temperature setting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst oven we have ever owned. We have had problems with the oven cooling over 100 degrees below the setting. The oven temp is too inaccurate for baking.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is not what I expected.... I'm not sure what I expected except that it would bake like my old oven. I have to be very careful not to have my cookie sheet slide clear back to the back because food will brown faster back there than up front. The oven door is an auto closer so you just bring it up about 4 inches from the oven and it will automatically close. If I try and close it myself it hits on the upper right side of the oven and we've checked several times and the oven is level in the cabinet. Also the timer is VERY VERY QUIET, I don't know how to get it louder. I would say the only thing I love about the oven is the blue interior and the big clear oven window. LOVE LOVE those.
