Beautiful appearance, not working well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not easy to understand instructions, still struggling on how to use properly. Calling Kitchenaid has proved to be not helpful at all. Oven takes forever to heat up and cooked items seem to never be cooked fully per recipe. Air fryer doesn’t seem to work. If I’m doing something wrong, was hoping calling 800 number would help, but reps not helpful at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Wall Oven! This oven is everything I could have wanted and more. It is spacious and cooks so evenly. The air fry option is amazing! Everything comes out so perfectly crisp with no oil! It’s truly amazing. Easy to clean and very convenient.

Perfect Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome oven that looks great in our kitchen. It has an air fry mode, which is perfect for my family. Now I can clear my kitchen counter from another small appliance. This oven has a larger capacity for air frying which is great! We have done the usual french fries, fried chicken, roasted potatoes, and air fried salmon, and they have come out perfect. I also love that the air fryer basket can go right into the dishwasher. The racks in the oven slide out easily and never feel like they are scraping against the interior. The self-closing door is really nice because you just need to give it a small nudge and it closes by itself.

Great Features

Bakes evenly and the air fryer is amazing!

Not Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 25 year old Viking oven with KitchenAide, and I am not disappointed! Oven looks modern, sleek, and clean. Easy to use control panel, interior is beautiful, racks slide easy and I love the easy glide rack! I have baked banana bread to perfection! The timer is easy to use. I have not used the thermometer as of yet for roasting meats, poultry, etc. Also, the huge window to the oven, the soft close door! Overall, I am very pleased with my new KitchenAide Oven.

really happy with the improvement and performance of this kitchen aid oven. When you buy it, I would include installation because that made everything so much simpler for me. The look of the wall oven it’s self is silver and shiny very attractive in my kitchen. The 30” is also a nice fit.

It cooks food quickly and evenly, much better than my older oven. Kitchen aid is a well liked brand and now I’m a fan too. One of my favorite features is the air fryer basket and it so easy to keep clean you just put it through the dishwasher! There was also a meet thermometer which is useful, I eat vegetarian but it seems like a good aspect. I also found it very easy to clean.
I am overall super happy with my new oven! Big upgrade for me and desirable look and features and easy to clean!
