Nice oven but takes long to heat up and cool down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good fit for function for 20+ year old KitchenAid oven. This one takes quite long to heat up and cool down compared to the old one. Other than that, hope it lasts a long time.

Recalibrated oven temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for our previous KitchenAid wall oven. The oven did need to be recalibrated by 20+ degrees. After buying an oven temperature gauge, we found that the temperature was much lower than it was set for. At least there is instruction in the manual on how to do this.

Good but not great experience.

The wall oven with a microwave on top is a nice appliance, but not without some shortcomings. First, when we tried the oven for the first time, white smoke came from under the over at the front door seal. We looked online and saw that there is a "burn in" process, but could find no mention of this process in a KitchenAid manual. We ran the over at 400 for 20 minutes and that seemed to resolve the issue. (If we are wrong, KitchenAid, please reply.) For those of you who are complaining about the oven losing heat, you should try putting a thermometer in the oven. The control panel might show a lower temperature, but the oven is still at the temp you set. For us the oven temp was not fluxuating, the control panel was off.
