Whirlpool, who knew it was this good?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was first hesitant about buying Whirlpool and I was also i hesitant about the hinged cooking grate, but I am happy to report it is easier to clean underneath the grates. It just lifts easily for no fuss cleaning. The components of the cooktop are good quality and doesn't feel lightweight or cheap. So all in all, I have no complaints. I have bought many brands over the years. Who knew that Whirlpool was this good? Not me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with my new home from the builder. All the electrical in the unit is not working and I am having to take multiple days off work to get this repaired through the warranty process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor design

Wish that I had read reviews before purchase. I hope that Whirlpool has changed the control knob material by now. I’ve had my cooktop for less than a year and the far left knob closest to my preferred burner is warped. The flimsy film covering is bubbled up and looks terrible.

Burner sizes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the reasons i purchased this Whirlpool cooktop was for the promise of easy cleaning but the grates are hard to lift and put back in place after lifting and you have to hold the grate with one hand and clean with the other otherwise if falls. There should have been a device that holds the grates while you are cleaning.
