Poor Instructions and poor service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this the first of June. The cooktop is supposed to have a hinged griddle with directions on how to get it once I registered it. Clearly I did. I registered the cooktop and no directions on how to obtain it. I called twice being left on hold for more than 30 minutes.

Simple and easy to use!

HIgh end cooking appliance for a reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new gas stove is amazing. It is easy to start and has a good variety of cooking temperatures. I love that it is so easy to clean and comes with a gridle for cooking pancakes and the like.
