No Owner's Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really like the wall oven. However, it did not come with an owner's manual. This model includes an air fryer. I've never used an air fryer and would very much like to know how to use it. Too bad I can't look it up in an owner's manual. Online, I've only been able to find information about your counter top air fryer. Help please?

Great oven poor service from store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is great , the service not so great, Door is not sitting correctly but it has been over a month and was told by store it could be 6 mons and even then, if the door comes damaged, it would need to be reordered Why would a damaged replacement door even be sent out or why would it be sent out without good shipping practices to keep the door from getting damaged Customer service has down the toilet

Inner window shattered during self cleaning mode

The inner glass of the oven door shattered the first time the self cleaning mode was used.
We bought the oven 2 years and 9 months ago. We used the self cleaning mode yesterday, following the instructions on the KitchenAide web site. About 3 hours into the cleaning cycle, the inner glass pane of the oven door shattered. Some of the fragments fell through the vents onto the kitchen floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't used it enough to give five stars. So far believe it is a high quality oven with features I will enjoy. Temperature seems to run a bit higher than I'm used to so it will take some recipe adjustments. Manual is online and missing things I would like to know. Need more information and suggested uses.

Beautiful Stainless Steel oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this KitchenAid wall oven, with the soft closing door. It was very easy to install, and easy to use. We tried the Air Fry mode to make sweet potato fries, and they were delicious. With two oven lights, its much brighter than my old oven.

Careful! This oven is not SMART. No app control.

Just purchased this oven and was disappointed to learn that it is not "Smart" and does not offer app control even though the specifications say it works with an app and supports alexa. Very disappointing. I would not have purchased this oven (And the other appliances to go with it) had I know. Kitchenaid, please fix your specs.

BUYER BEWARE

I can't belive I spent all that money on an oven that won't get up to temperature. I called the salesmen and was told that's how it works. WHAT? It works by not getting to temp? Even after calibration, it's still off. At 425, it will barley get to 300. I have a brand new temperature gage inside. What a crappy product. With no recourse for me and no help from the store! Spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible, inaccurate oven.

Unfortunately it is the worst oven ever, with very inaccurate temperatures, useless primitive settings, and air fryer that doesn't work, and user-unfriendly controls. The unit was designed by someone who never had to bake anything. Why include an air fryer button that doesn't let you know when the oven is preheated? Why have a "rapid" preheat option for convection bake that doesn't heat any faster than when not using the rapid setting? And why does the preheat beep go off when the actual oven temperature is almost 100 degrees less than the set temperature? I takes another 15 or 20 minutes for the actual oven temperature (measured with a separated thermometer) to reach the set temperature. Any why can't one change the set temperature when it's baking, instead of cancelling and reseting everything? And why doesn't the displayed temperature actually show the internal temperature--it only show the set temperature? Under no circumstances should you buy this poorly designed oven. it's guaranteed to disappoint. Even the KitchenAid technician who came to "fix" it agreed that we shouldn't believe the set temperature!
