Ignition quick working after a week or two

Don’t touch knob while cooking!

Front burners cause control knobs to overheat. Nearly burned my hand. Metallic veneer on one knob began to blister and peel after ONE use!

Works well, but question burner placements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older version of this cooktop. I prefer the location of the different size burners on the older model, but I like the hinged grates on the newer one. I had to have the flame levels adjusted on both because the lowest level was too high to simmer. Otherwise, the overall appearance and function are good on both.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had to adjust the screw in each control to lower the flame when on low. We hope this cooktop last as long as our previous 26-year-old Whirlpool Gold cooktop.

30-inch Gas Cook top

Gas cooktop

The grills on hinges are a great idea, but pretty heavy for my wife to lift. Still, easier to clean than our old wornout cooktop. Overall very glad to have this new gas cooktop.
